Bryce Kirkley

Coach Bryce is a U.S. Marine veteran with 20+ years of tumbling and coaching experience, offering 1-hour personalized sessions for athletes of all levels, from first-time basics to elite tumbling.

Bryce is an employee at Pro Spirit in McKinney, Texas. He does not own the gym. He simply offers private lessons at the Pro Spirit facility.

Each session is built around smart progressions, strong fundamentals, and confidence. Coach Bryce is especially known for helping athletes break through mental blocks and finally land the skills they’ve been stuck on.

Specialties include:

  • Overcoming mental blocks and building confidence

  • Forward and backward tumbling (all levels)

  • Jumps, flexibility, stretching, and strength training

  • Personalized coaching for cheer, gymnastics, and dance athletes

Session size: 1–3 athletes per session (2 athletes recommended for best results).

Coach Bryce served nine years on active duty, including one tour in Afghanistan. He returned home as a combat veteran, bringing discipline, patience, and focus into every session.
